本文利用TiC-Ti-Al体系的原位反应结合热压技术制备Ti<,3>AlC<,2>陶瓷.采用XRD和SEM分析产物的相组成和显微结构,并测量其密度和抗压强度.结果表明:经1450℃/2 h烧结后,产物主要由片状Ti<,3>AlC<,2>相和少量的TiC颗粒组成,密度约4.21 g/cm<'3>抗压强度达270.358 MPa.
