利用透射电镜和高分辨电镜对直径为0.15μm的球形Al2O3颗粒增强相及其增强10 70Al复合材料的界面进行了观察, 结果表明: Al2O3颗粒是由一些角度相差较小的晶面构成的多面体, 多面体的各晶面是由密排面沿着密排晶向形成的台阶式结构; 0.15μm的Al2O3p/107 0Al复合材料界面结合良好, 没有发现任何界面反应物; 由于颗粒的台阶式结构导致铝基体与Al2O3颗粒存在一定的位相关系.
