本文通过对平板玻璃熔窑的热平衡测试数据进行分析,针对热平衡体系中的输入热量和输出热量的各个项目,主要从提高燃烧效率、减少烟气带出热、减少玻璃液熔制消耗热和减少窑体表面散热及孔口溢流散热等方面,结合本热工测试中心多年的玻璃熔窑热工测试经验,就玻璃制备过程中各个环节的能耗和能源利用情况,对玻璃企业的节能减排措施谈了几点建议。
Some suggestions about energy saving and emission reduction of glass enterprises have been discussed,based on the analysis of heat balance data of flat glass furnaces,various items of output heat input heat in heat balance system,improvement of combustion efficiency,reduction of heat discharged with flue gas,heat consumption of glass melting,surface heat emission of furnace body and overflow heat emission of openings,many years of glass furnace thermal test experience of the Heating Test Center,and heat consumption and energy utilization of all links during preparing glass.
