针对柴油车的特点研制了钙钛矿型柴油车尾气催化净化剂及四效催化净化装置,对催化净化剂的比表面积、热稳定性、物相结构进行了研究;试验了钙钛矿型催化净化剂对碳颗粒起燃温度的影响,确定了钙钛矿型催化净化剂的组成。模拟柴油车尾气排放成分,对催化材料的净化效果进行了测试,结果表明,HC、CO、颗粒物净化效率大于90%,NO 净化率大于60%。

The perovskite catalyst in diesel exhaust purifying and four-way-catalyst device were studied on characteristics of the diesel. The specific surface area, thermal stability and structural were tested in the BET, DTA and XRD. The ignition temperature of carbon particle was effected perovskite catalyst. Decontamination effect of four-way-catalyst diesel exhaust was tested, Analysis results show that CO and HC emissions are reduced outnumber 90%, NO are reduced about 60%, a solid content about 90% are filtered.
