以邻甲苯胺单体为原料、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,加入质量分数为0.0%、7.5%和14.9%的纳米TiO2,采用原位聚合法制备了聚邻甲苯胺均聚物以及聚邻甲苯胺/纳米TiO2复合物,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和X射线衍射对其进行了结构表征.采用该复合物、聚邻甲苯胺和聚苯胺为填充物,以3%和5%的用量添加到环氧树脂(EP)/聚酰胺固化剂体系中,在碳钢表面制备了不同环氧涂层,测试了涂层的力学性能,发现上述填充物具有增强环氧涂层对腐蚀介质的阻隔的性能,其中含5%聚苯胺、5%聚邻甲苯胺、5%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数7.5%)复合物和3%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数14.9%)复合物的环氧涂层的力学性能较佳.通过极化曲线和交流阻抗谱对比研究了该4种环氧涂层在3.5% NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能.结果表明,含5%聚邻甲苯胺/TiO2(质量分数7.5%)复合物的环氧涂层具有最佳的耐蚀性.
