本文在压力23~27 MPa,温度360~420℃的参数范围内,研究了固定床与流化床的流动阻力特性。实验结果表明:传统的计算固定床压降的Ergun公式在超临界水条件下仍可适用,实验值与Ergun公式计算值的平均误差为13.3%。基于固定床及流化床流动阻力特性实验结果拟合了一个适用于超临界水条件下计算流化床最小流化速度的关联式,实验结果与计算结果的平均误差为3 1%。本文研究为超临界水流化床反应器的参数设计和运行提供有用依据。
Experimental study on pressure drop characteristics of supercritical water fixed bed and fluidized bed was conducted with a pressure range of 23~27 MPa and a temperature range of 360~420℃.The results show that the Ergun formula for calculating fixed bed pressure drop can still be applied in supercritical water conditions and the average deviation between calculation and experiment results was 13.3%.A prediction correlation for minimum fluidization velocity in supercritical water fluidized bed was obtained based on the experimental results of a fixed bed and fluidized bed pressure drop characteristics.The average error between the correlation calculation and experiment results was about 3.1%.This study provides the useful results for parameters design and operation of supercritical water fluidized bed reactor
