通过测量阳极极化曲线研究了固溶处理温度对超级双相不锈铸钢在人工海水中腐蚀的影响. 结果表明:经不同温度固溶处理的超级双相不锈铸钢材料在人工海水中自腐蚀电位相差不大, 均具有钝化性能, 维钝电流密度为0.1 mA/cm2左右; 室温海水中, 不同温度的固溶处理对腐蚀电流密度影响也不大;海水温度由室温升至80℃, 钝化区宽度急剧变窄, 击破电位显著下降. 经1150℃固溶处理后,Cr、Mo在铁素体与奥氏体两相中的均匀分配, 有利于提高超级双相不锈铸钢在海水中耐蚀性.
The effect of solid solution treatment on corrosion behavior of super duplex stainless cast steel in artificial seawater was studied by means of anodic polarization curve measurement. The results indicated that the free corrosion potential of solid solution treated cast duplex stainless steel materials is indistinctly different in artificial seawater, the passive performance and the passive current densities are almost the same; The temperature of artificial seawater have great effects on corrosion property, and passivation region becomes narrow and pitting potential decrease while the test temperature increasing from room temperature to 80℃. After treated at 1150℃, the average distribution of Cr, Mo in the ferrite and austenite phases is beneficial to the enhancement of corrosion property of super duplex stainless cast steel in artificial seawater.
