针对小规格高速线材生产中出现的颈缩、断丝等现象,分析了生产中辊缝、张力、温度、辊环、导卫等轧制工艺参数设定与调整不当,电气和设备故障,结疤、缩孔、夹杂群等轧件的内外部缺陷等影响因素。讨论了张力设置、高温强度、小断面断丝和断丝受力分析等关键问题,指出机架间张力增大、轧件断面积减小和材料的强度极限降低是产生断丝的根本原因。最后概括了采取的解决措施和应用效果。
Emphasized on the necking and abruption phenomenon during the production of high-speed wire rod with smaller diameter,this paper introduces the factors such as the improper value or modification of the roll bite,tension,temperature,rollers and guides.And the external and internal defect of the rolled piece,rolling skin,shrinkage cavity,inclusions which may lead to necking or broken are described.Key factors which lead to wire abruption,such as value of tension,strength of the rolled piece at high temperature,broken with small cross-section and the stress analysis,are discussed.It is concluded that the main reasons of wire broken are the increase of tension between generator brackets,the cross area and extreme tension of rolling pieces reduced.At last,the methods to resolve the problems and the results of application are given.
