利用溶胶-凝胶技术在载玻片衬底上制各了透明的TiO2薄膜.为了增强TiO2薄膜的光反应活性,对TiO2薄膜分别进行了不同浓度的Fe3+和La3+离子掺杂.离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜在可见光区有良好的透光性,通过降解罗丹明B染料溶液.评估了掺杂Fe3+和La3+离子的TiO2薄膜的光反应活性.结果表明,当Fe和La的原子分数比为0.5at%时增强了TiO2薄膜的光反应活性.
Transparent TiO2 thin films were prepared on microscope glass slides by sol-gel method. In order to enhance the photoreactivity of the TiO2 thin films, different concentrations of Fe3+ and La3+ ions were doped into the TiO2 thin films,respectively. The ions-doped TiO2 thin films showed high transparency in the visible light range. The photoreactivities of the Fe3+ and La3+ doped TiO2 thin films were evaluated by the photodegradation of Rhodamine B dye water solution. The results indicated that the photoreactivity of the TiO2 thin films was enhanced when the optimal atom ratio of Fe and La was 0.5at%.
