以某厂冷轧机乳化液冷却系统为背景，简要介绍电机和泵的调速特性，从系统设计角度重点介绍变频器选型、参数配置、电气原理和控制系统结构。实现变频调速恒压控制，可保证该系统调节的精度和稳定可靠运行。
Based on the condition of a cold rolling mill, the characteristics of motor and pump for the emulsion cooling system of the cold rilling mill is briefly described in this paper. From the perspective view of system design, emphasis is laid on inverter choice, parameter configuration, electrical scheme, and control system structure. Owing to controlling constant pressure of inverter speed regulation, the accuracy and stable operation of the system has been realized.
