基于光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法,采用FORTRAN语言,自行开发了一套模拟非牛顿流的程序.采取镜像粒子法处理固壁边界.使用移动最小二乘(MLS)修正密度,消除压力振荡.选取幂率模型计算非牛顿流体黏度.通过模拟平板Poiseuille流验证了该程序计算非牛顿流的正确性.最后,将SPH方法应用于单螺杆挤出螺槽横截面流场的计算,对比考察了剪切变稀、牛顿、剪切变稠等不同情况下的速度场、剪切速率场,计算结果与理论基本符合.螺槽中轴线上的速度分布与理论解一致.为SPH方法在更加复杂的三维螺杆挤出模拟打下了基础.
