分别用不同体积分数的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和丙三醇溶液作为掺杂剂优化PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜,并对DMSO和丙三醇掺杂PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜的影响进行了研究.此外,还对优化处理过的薄膜分别作为阳极修饰层的聚合物太阳电池进行对比.结果表明,掺杂过的PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜的电导率得到了很大提高.PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜的光学性质和表面粗糙度变化等表明DMSO掺杂的PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜电导率的提高是因为PEDOT∶ PSS相分离变小,使得两相区势垒降低;而丙三醇掺杂的PEDOT∶ PSS薄膜电导率的提高是因为PEDOT∶ PSS链结构的变化.器件的能量转换效率都是在掺杂3% DMSO和3%丙三醇时获得,分别为3.79%和2.70%,比未掺杂的电池分别提高了5.65倍和4.02倍.
