对钛合金载人舱的结构形式、材料特性、载荷历程进行了描述,重点介绍了考虑载荷循环和保载特性下的Ti-6Al-4V ELI合金蠕变-疲劳寿命预报模型的研究进展,以及基于这些模型的可靠性评估方法,为提出一个合理的钛合金球壳剩余极限强度随时间的衰减规律的分析方法奠定基础。
This paper reviews and analyzes the current research results of fatigue life estimation method aiming at deep -sea manned cabin of Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy.The structure, material and loading properties of manned cabins are described and the research progress in the life estimation model considering combined load effects of cyclic and dwell properties is mainly discussed .The reliability analysis methods based on these estimation models are also introduced .The present work will provide basis for establishing a more reasonable residual strength model for manned cabin of titanium alloy .
