原油在油罐中受加热沉降及昼夜温差等影响,挥发出的H2S对储罐的安全附件造成腐蚀,形成FeS,并发生自燃,给生产带来安全隐患。针对塔河油田原油高含H2S的特征,分析了H2S引起钢质储罐腐蚀和FeS自燃的原因;通过对不同材质安全附件应用情况的分析比较,提出了塔河油田原油储罐安全附件材质选择的要求。

With the influence of thermal precipitation, temperature difference between day and night, and so on, the crude oil in the tank will volatilize H2 S in the oil which can cause the corrosion of safety accessories of the storage tanks, and then form FeS which may lead spontaneous combustion. This brings unsafe hidden danger to field production. In this paper, aming at the crude oil of Tahe oilfield possesses, the characteristic of high hydrogen sulfide, the mechanism of steel tank corrosion caused by He S and the reason of FeS spontaneous combustion are analyzed. According to the analyses of the application of different material safety accessories, materials of safety accessories applied to Tahe oilfield are put forward.
