通过失重试验、电化学测试、XPS测试等研究了微量氟化钾对AZ91D、NZK和AM-SC1三种镁合金在商用CALTEX冷却液中腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:随着CALTEX冷却.液中氟化钾含量的增大,三种合金在其中的腐蚀速率随之减小,且氟化钾对AM-SC1和NZK合金腐蚀的抑制作用比较显著;氟化钾对合金的缓蚀作用是由于氟离子与镁反应,在合金表面生成难溶的MgF2膜,阻止了合金的进一步腐蚀.
