通过~(13)CN-NMR和IR研究了偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发剂用量对丙烯腈均相溶液聚合产物立体结构的影响.利用~(13)C-NMR中CH基团的吸收峰和IR上特定吸峰波的强度对聚合物的三元空间立体结构情况进行了定量的表征;同时,利用Radall方程及核磁碳谱的数据计算了聚合物的内消旋结构和外消旋结构的数均序列长度.研究表明,随着AIBN用量的增加,聚合产物中全同立构体的含量增加,内消旋结构的数均序列长度增长.
The article investigated into the stereoregularity of the polymer synthesized by acrylonitrile(AN) and itaconic acid(IA) in homogeneous phase solution with different dosage of azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) which used as initiator.The CH group of polyacrylonitrile copolymer repeat unit gave rise to three well resolved peaks in ~(13)C-NMR spectra, which were used to determine triad tacticity.Meanwhile, the article calculated the number-average sequence length of meso and racemic configuration of polymer with the triad tacticity ~(13)C-NMR spectra dates by Randall's equations.The intensities of IR spectra at wavenumbers: 1250 cm~(-1) and 1230 cm~(-1) were also used to measure the isotacticity percentage of the polymer quantitatively.The results reveal: when dosage of AIBN is increased, the isotacticity of the polymer is enhanced and the number-average sequence length of meso configuration is raised.
