通过全国多家油品评价实验室对研制的标准操作油进行分析测试，将各实验室多组数据进行精度、可疑值等统计分析之后，评定标准操作油运动粘度的不确定度，不确定度分量主要来源有仪器设备、各实验室测量重复性、样品的均匀性、样品的稳定性等，以确保标准操作油定值的准确性。
Standard operating oil was analyzed by many of the national oil products evaluation laboratory. After statistical analysis of the data of each laboratory carried on the precision and the suspicious value and so on,deter-minating standard operation oil kinematic viscosity uncertainty,main uncertainty measures for kinematic viscosity of standard operating oil due to instruments and equipments,repeatability of measurement,uniformity and stability of sample and so on,to ensure the accuracy of standard operating oil.
