  对TJ1173无溶剂有机硅浸渍树脂的贮存稳定性、冷热交变循环使用性能、耐热性能等进行了研究,并对其在牵引电机上的应用性能进行测试。结果表明:TJ1173无溶剂有机硅浸渍树脂贮存性能及冷热交变循环使用性能稳定,温度指数达到266℃;浸渍TJ1173树脂的模拟线棒和电机定子绝缘在击穿电压、绝缘电阻以及介质损耗因数等方面性能优异,能满足牵引电机对绝缘的要求。

The storage stability, cold and hot alternation cycle properties and heat-resistance of TJ1173 sol-vent-free silicone resin were studied, and the application performances of the TJ1173 solvent-free silicone resin in traction motor were tested. The results show that the TJ1173 solvent-free silicone resin has good storage stability and cold and hot alternation cycle properties, with the temperature index of 266℃. The winding bar and stator insulation that have impregnated TJ1173 resin have excellent breakdown voltage, insulation resistance and dielectric dissipation factor, which can satisfy the requirements of traction motor on the insulation.
