从化学反应平衡角度给出新的高炉理论燃烧温度计算模型及求解方法,对比不同条件下传统模型和新模型风口回旋区理论燃烧温度的计算值。结果表明:H2/H2O化学平衡对理论燃烧温度的影响要远大于CO/CO2平衡;对于全焦高炉,传统模型和新模型对不同条件下理论燃烧温度差异的表征基本相同;高炉喷吹富氢燃料以后,新模型更能表征不同条件下理论燃烧温度的差异。

Theoretical combustion temperature was considered as one of the important parameters which reflected the thermal state of a hearth. A new model and solving method based on the chemical equilibrium was presented. The temperatures calculated by traditional model and new model in different conditions were compared. The results show that chemical equilibrium of H2/H2O has far more effects on theoretical combustion temperature calculation than CO/CO2. For the coke blast furnace, the differences of theoretical combustion temperature in different conditions calculated by new model have the same trend as traditional model. And for the blast furnace injecting hydrogen-rich fuel, new model has a better capacity to represent the differences when conditions changed.
