Cu-Cr-Zr系合金是目前高强高导电铜合金研究的热点,其优异的性能与其纳米析出相密切相关.综述了不同合金体系纳米析出相的晶体结构,总结了合金中各合金元素的作用机理和微量稀土元素的作用,指出了当前研究中存在的问题,并展望了其今后的发展.
