针对板形控制液压弯辊系统,建立了电液伺服压力(油压)控制系统的数学模型,提出了适用于实际的伺服阀流量方程,考虑了一些非线性特性对系统的影响。运用软件Matlab的工具箱SIMULINK建立动态结构图很好地实现了数学模型,得出液压弯辊系统一些控制量的仿真曲线。通过改变仿真参数,得出一些参数对系统特性影响的特点。

For hydraulic roll bending system of profile control, the model about electrohydraulic servo pressure control system was designed. In this model, fluxequation of servo valve was specially applied and some nonlinear characteristics were considered. Furthermore, SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB language software was used to solve mathematic model and simulation curves of some variables were obtained. At last, through changing simulation parameters, some characteristics of parameters affecting system characteristic were summarized. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
