用溶胶?凝胶法制备透明的钴离子掺杂铝酸锌块体微晶玻璃,采用差热?热重分析、X射线粉末衍射谱、傅里叶红外光谱分析和吸收光谱对热处理前后微晶玻璃的热学性能、显微结构以及光学特性进行了研究。结果表明:铝酸锌纳米晶平均晶粒尺寸为12~14 nm。在红外光吸收谱1200~1600 nm处有很强的吸收宽峰,对应四配位Co2+离子的4A 2→4T 1(4F)跃迁,且随着热处理温度的提高,吸收强度增强。通过计算,经1000℃热处理后样品的吸收截面系数为1.15×10?19 cm2,这表明微晶玻璃在铒玻璃激光器的被动调Q开关中具有潜在的应用前景。
The transparent Co2+:ZnAl2O4-SiO2 block glass ceramics with doping of transition metal ions Co2+were synthesized by sol-gel method. The DSC-TG, X-ray diffraction, Fourier infrared spectrometer and visible and near-infrared absorption spectra were performed to study the microstructure and the optical properties of glass ceramics. The results show that the average size of the ZnAl2O4 nanocrystals is 12?14 nm. The glass ceramics exhibit a broad absorption band in the range of 1200?1600 nm. And the absorption coefficient enhances with the increase of heat-treating temperature, which is characteristic of4A2→4T1(4F) transition from the tetrahedral Co2+ ions. The absorption cross section reaches 1.15×10?19 cm2 when the heat-treating temperature is up to 1000℃, which means that it can be applied in the passive Q-switch turnable laser.
