本文从化学腐蚀的基本原理出发,利用控温控时水浴锅,采用热化学侵蚀法对不同热处理状态的稀土微合金钢原奥氏体实际晶粒的金相显示方法进行了研究,并对影响奥氏体晶界显示效果的因素进行分析。结果表明,采用蒸馏水70 ml+2.5 g苦味酸适量+1滴二甲苯+1滴盐酸+1滴氢氟酸+少量海鸥牌洗头膏+极少量CuCl2的腐蚀方法显示奥氏体实际晶粒,取得了令人满意的效果。
In this thesis, The author made the basic principle of chemical corrosion, With the aid of a water-heater controllable in both temperature and time, various chemical etching methods were investigated to reveal austenite grain boundaries in Micro-alloy steel containing rare earth under different heat-treatment processes. The results show that the chemical etching method using 70mL distilled water, 2.5g of picric acid and and one drop of Xylene and one drop of hydrochloric acid and one drop of Hydrofluoric acid and a bit of Seagull brand paste shampoo and very little Copper chloride,can clearly reveal the austenite grain boundary, and a satisfactory result obtained.
