采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZnFe2O4、TiO2和不同物质的量比的ZnFe2O4/TiO2粉末样品,研究了样品的XRD图、SEM图、UV-vis图、表面光电压谱(SPS)和外场诱导下的光电压图谱(EFISPS).结果表明,该复合物在紫外-可见光区有一定的表面光电压响应,其中n(ZnFe2O4)/n(TiO2)=l∶4时复合物的光电压性能最佳,外场诱导下的光电压强度随着正向偏压的增加而增大,但是与单一的ZnFe2O4光电压性能对比,此复合物的可见光响应范围和光电压响应强度没有明显优势,这就说明ZnFe2O4和TiO2复合之后没有增强其电荷的分离效率,同时也验证了不同材料之间的能级匹配是有选择性的.
