根据相似理论,以国内某厂80吨单嘴精炼炉1:4的水模型模拟了单嘴精炼炉吹气流量、吹气位置等工艺参数对混匀时间的影响。在水模型研究的基础上通过数学模型仿真计算,分析了不同吹气流量、吹气位置对单嘴精炼炉内流场的影响,数值计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:吹气流量为6Nl/min、吹气位置r/R=0.5范围内有利于混匀时间的缩短。

According to similarity theory,the effects of process parameters on refining mixing time has been studied including gas blowing rate,gas blowing position by 1:4 water model simulated for an 80t Single Snorkel Refining Furnace. On the basis of water model,the analysis of gas blowing rate, gas blowing position on the single snorkel refining furnace flow field has done by simulation calculation. The results of mathematical calculation agree well with the experimental data. Results show that the appropriate scope of gas blowing rate and gas blowing position contribute to decreasing the mixing time. Under this experimental conditions, the gas flow rate is 6 Nl/min, and blowing air is r/R=0. 5.
