利用电化学方法,结合XRD、EDX、SEM和EPMA等表面分析技 术,研究了经超声喷丸表面纳米化的Fe-20Cr合金在005 mol/L H2SO4+05 mol/L Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀性能.结果表明,纳米化后合金的耐蚀性能降低.相对于粗晶合金,纳米材料 晶粒的细化、钝性金属中Cr元素分布的均匀性降低以及超声喷丸技术在制备纳米晶过程中所 带来的残余应力是纳米材料耐蚀性能降低的原因.
Electrochemical methods and XRD,EDX,SEM,EPMA tec hnique were used to investigate the corrosion performance of nanocrystallized Fe -20Cr surface which was fabricated by using an ultrasonic shot peening(USSP)tec hnique,and the corrosion solution was 0.05 mol/L H2SO4+0.5 mol/L NaCl.The re sults show that the capability of corrosion resistance of the SNC Fe-20Cr alloy was lower than the cast alloy.Contrast to the cast alloy,the deduce of the grain size,the passive element of Cr being less uniform,and the remnant strain caused by USSP technique are thought to be the main reasons which result in the poorer corrosion resistance of nanocrystal alloy.
