研究20MnSi螺纹钢在经一种新型化学试剂FM处置后的防锈性能.结果表明,把这种化学试剂用于螺纹钢的轧后冷却过程,能在钢筋表面生成一层致密光亮的氧化皮,对钢筋起到很好的耐锈蚀保护作用.通过室外大气实验、干湿交替加速实验、盐雾加速实验及电化学实验,比较了采用化学试剂FM生成的氧化皮与水冷和空冷生成的氧化皮的耐锈蚀性能.结果表明,采用化学试剂FM生成的氧化皮的耐锈蚀性能优于水冷和空冷工艺,在保证螺纹钢力学性能的基础上大幅度的提高了其耐锈蚀性能,在螺纹钢生产过程中具有良好的应用前景.
The corrosion resistance of 20MnSi rebar,which was quenched with a new kind of chemical reagent FM,was studied.The results showed that a compact and smooth scale can form on the surface of the rebar,which can effectively protect the rebar against atmospheric corrosion,when this chemical reagent FM was used on the cooling process after rolling of rebar.According to the atmospheric exposure test,wet/dry cyclic accelerated corrosion test,salt spray accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test,the corrosion resistance of scales formed by quenching with FM,water and air respectively was compared.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of scale formed by FM-cooling is better than the other two.Using FM can improve the corrosion resistance of the formed scale greatly on the basis of satisfying the mechanical properties.Therefore,the chemical reagent FM has a good application prospect in the production process of rebar.
