以草酸为电解液,采用两次阳极氧化法,结合高温退火和酒精中超声,制备了氧化铝的微米树结构.该微米树由明显的树干和树枝组成.树干的平均宽度在1μm左右,平均长度为20~30μm,而树枝的平均宽度为1~2μm,平均长度为3~5μm.微米树树干的形成并非沿单一方向生长,而呈明显的"X"交叉型生长模式.最后讨论了氧化铝微米树的形成机理.
