使用机械球磨制备细晶Ti/Al复合粉,采用不同的压制工艺,通过反应烧结和等温锻造方法获得不同晶粒尺寸的TiAl金属间化合物.对TiAl金属间化合物的微观组织特征进行了分析,研究了不同制备工艺对其微观组织的影响.结果表明:采用冷等静压630℃反应烧结及等温锻造工艺可以获得晶粒尺寸5~8 μm的细晶TiAl金属间化合物 ;通过普通冷压、1250℃反应烧结与等温锻造后,也能获得近全致密的层片状TiAl金属间化合物,但晶粒尺寸为20~30μm.
