对石油套管用25MnV钢进行不同的热处理,研究了亚温淬火工艺对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明:与常规调质处理相比,800℃亚温淬火回火后的25MnV钢可得到板条马氏体之间分布有条状铁素体的复相组织,虽然硬度稍有降低,但其冲击韧性明显提高。

Different heat treatment processes were performed to 25MnV steel used for petroleum casing pipe, and the effect of subcritical quenching process on microstructure and properties was studied. The results show that compared with the conventional heat treatment, the 25MnV steel after subcritical quenching at 800 ℃ and tempering could got a composite microstructure of ferrite strip distributing between lath martensites, and the impact toughness was significantly improved although the strength decreased a little.
