在无流通气体条件下采用铁粉催化腐蚀人造金刚石单晶,研究了不同温度对铁粉催化腐蚀人造金刚石单晶表面腐蚀形貌、腐蚀深度和物质结构的影响,并对腐蚀过程中金刚石所表现出来的各向异性进行了分析.结果表明:当金刚石和铁粉的质量比为1∶2时,腐蚀后金刚石表面的P-V值随着温度的升高而增大;在相同温度下,{100}面比{111}面腐蚀严重;当温度达到960℃时,{100}面和{111}面的P-V值分别为3.75 μm和2.77 μm.金刚石表面腐蚀后的形貌与对应晶面的碳原子排列有关,{100}面倾向于形成倒立金字塔形的腐蚀坑,而{111}面则会形成轮廓为三角形或六边形的腐蚀坑.
