钢铁工业是能耗大户,采取措施充分提高企业的余热资源的回收利用效率具有重要的意义。研究了钢铁企业余热资源分布及回收利用方式,结合马钢在烧结余热回收、转炉汽化蒸汽发电等方面的实践经验,分析提出了钢铁企业发挥能源转换功能、高效利用余热资源技术的前期研究结果及推广前景。
Steel industry was a large energy consumer, thus it was of great significance to take measures to enhance the recovery efficiency of waste heat at steel enterprises. Modes of distribution and recycling of waste heat resources were investigated. Based on the practical experiences of sintering waste heat recovery, converter steam power gener- ation at Masteel, the early research results and promotion prospects were proposed for energy conversion and techniques of high efficiency utilization of waste heat.
