研究3003/4004层状复合连铸坯料的热轧和冷轧过程,分析其显微组织的演变。结果表明:3003/4004复合连铸坯料热轧界面为冶金结合,界面清晰无裂纹,界面处形成混合析出区;3003/4004复合板冷轧界面处由均匀细小的Al8Mn5和共晶硅的混合相组成,利用复合连铸坯料轧制可以制备出高质量的具有冶金结合的铝合金复合板材。
The microstructure evolution of 3003/4004 clad slab during hot and cold rolling was investigated. The results show that hot rolled sheet has excellent metallurgical bonding and without any discontinuities along the interface. The uniform fine Al8Mn5 and eutectic silicon phase is obtained on the interface of cold rolled clad sheet. It is obvious that high quality aluminium clad sheet can be produced with aluminium clad slab by direct chill casting.
