采用溶胶凝胶法制备Si/TiO2复合材料具有操作简单、包覆层致密均匀、电化学性能稳定等优点,成为目前最常用Si/TiO2的制备方法之一.本文综述了Si/TiO2复合结构对电化学性能的影响,论述了溶胶凝胶制备过程中影响该复合材料电化学性能的影响因素.为进一步提高Si/TiO2复合材料的电化学性能的研究提供了理论依据和建议.
