简要介绍了手性合成、手性拆分及应用。重点介绍了:(1)手性合成及手性拆分在分析分离科学中的应用;(2)含氧侧链三唑类抗真菌活性化合物的合成及在医药学中的应用;(3)酸性记忆效应对环糊精手性固定相的手性分离及应用。并对手性化学的发展进行了展望。

Chiral synthesis, chiral resolution, and their applications were introduced in this paper. Emphases were put on from three parts:(1) chiral synthesis,chiral resolution,and their applications to analytical and separa-tion science;(2) synthesis and applications of oxygen-containing side chain triazole active antifungal compounds to medicine;(3) chiral resolution of acid memory effect to cyclodextrin chiral stationary phase and its applications. Future developments of charal chemestry were prospected in the end.
