研究了含铬低合金钢在海水中的腐蚀行为 ,分析了其腐蚀率随时间的变化及铬元素对钢海水腐蚀行为的影响 .对铬钢的耐蚀性逆转和铬元素对钢海水腐蚀的影响提出了新的看法 .含铬低合金钢在海水中短期浸泡的耐蚀性比碳钢好 ,长期浸泡的耐蚀性比碳钢差 .碳钢的腐蚀率随时间逐渐下降 ,而含铬低合金钢的腐蚀率随时间逐渐上升 .铬元素使钢在海水中的初始腐蚀率降低 ,但它同时改变了钢的腐蚀率随时间下降的性质 ,使钢的腐蚀率逐渐上升 ,从而导致含铬低合金钢在海水中长期暴露的耐蚀性与碳钢发生逆转 .
Corrosion behavior of chromium containing low alloyed steels immersed in seawater were studied; The variation of their corrosion rate with time as well as effect of chromium on seawater corrosion of the steels were analyzed. New views on "corrosion resistance reverse" of chromium steels and the effect of chromium on seawater corrosion resistance were postulated. After immesion in seawater for long time a reverse of the corrosion resistance of chromium steels do occur. Corrosion rate of carbon steels descend with immersion time. For chromium steels, the situation is opposite. Chromium debases the corrosion rate of steel in seawater at initial stage. In the meantime, it altered the corrosion character of the steel that corrosion rate of steel gradually ascend with immersion time. Accordingly, "corrosion resistance reverse" of chromium steels that immerse in seawater for long time was caused.
