通过化学键合法制备了有机硅氧烷改性的淀粉-钛-硅复合物,并对淀粉、淀粉-钛复合物(ST)及淀粉-钛-硅复合物(STS)进行了红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和差示扫描量热表征。表征结果说明钛氧化物及硅氧化物均参与反应,且较均匀地分散于淀粉表面,淀粉、ST和STS三者的热稳定性逐渐增加。研究了ST和STS对金属离子Hg2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Fe3+的吸附性能,发现STS复合物对金属离子的吸附能力比ST复合物显著提高,其中对Fe3+和Hg2+的吸附性能最好,当复合物的质量浓度为0.5 g/L时,吸附量分别高达1.42 mmol/g和1.39 mmol/g。
Starch-Titanium oxide modified with organosilicone(STS) was prepared by a reaction of starch with tetrabutyl titanate,followed by a reaction with 4-aza-6-aminohexyl triethoxysilane,and were characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that both titanium and silicon oxides are uniformly dispersed on the starch surface,resulting the thermostability of composite has been enhanced remarkably.The adsorption behaviors toward Hg(II),Cu(II),Pb(II) and Fe(III) ions in aqueous solutions were determined.The effects of the temperature,STS concentration in the solution on the adsorption capacity were discussed.The results show that the starch composite has high adsorption capacity and rapid rate for Fe3+ and Hg2+,which can reach 1.42 and 1.39 mmol/g respectively when the STS concentration in the solution is 0.5 g/L.
