本文分别用固相反应法和化学共沉淀法制备了SrRuO3样品.对样品的结构、颗粒尺寸、磁学性质、输运性质作了研究.X射线衍射实验表明样品均为单相钙钛矿结构氧化物,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了样品晶粒形貌,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)和Quantum Design PPMS 9系统测量了样品的磁性能.使用Quantum Design PPMS 9系统和牛津公司制造的多用途测量系统(Maglab Exa Measurement System)测量了样品的输运性质.
