使用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)方法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)并与自旋转变配合物进行物理共混,得到具有不同配合物含量的具有自旋转变特性的磁性聚苯乙烯。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等对聚合物及其复合材料进行了结构表征,结果显示已成功制备复合材料。通过差示扫描量热(DSC)对配合物的自旋转变性能进行测试,结果显示,当配合物质量分数达到50%时,复合材料的DSC测试图谱具有明显的ΔH变化,且升温和降温过程中发生自旋转变的温度较之纯配合物分别提高了3.57℃和7.97℃。
We have prepared magnetic polystyrene with characteristics of spin-transition with different polymer contents.The composites were prepared by blending spin crossover material with polystyrene(PS) which was obtained by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to determine the structure of the polymer and the resulting composites,the results show that the desired products are obtained.The spin crossover behavior of the composites was studied by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),when the weight percentage of coordination compound achieved 50%,the DSC investigation indicates that composites have significant changes in ΔH,and the spin transition temperature occurred in heating and cooling process are increased by 3.57 ℃ and 7.97 ℃ than the pure complexes.
