以浓硫酸为催化剂,琼脂糖与醋酸酐反应制备出琼脂糖醋酸酯.研究了反应温度等参数对取代度的影响,结果表明,50℃时取代度最大.接触角测试结果表明,琼脂糖醋酸酯较琼脂糖接触角增大,疏水性明显增强.傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱证实形成了琼脂糖醋酸酯.热重分析测试表明,琼脂糖醋酸酯具有不同于琼脂糖的热特性.琼脂糖醋酸酯可作为疏水性新型可纺丝材料,可望应用于组织工程支架.

Through the reaction of agarose with acetate,concentrated sulfonic acid as catalyst,the hydrophobic agarose acetate is prepared.Results show that the most favorable reaction temperature is 50℃,while the substitution degree reaches the maximum value 3.73.The contact angle measurements demonstrates that agarose acetate gets more hydrophobic than agarose.Results of FT-IR and 13C-NMR analyses prove that acetate group connects with agarose effectively.TG analysis results also disclose that agarose acetate absorbs little water,and has different thermal properties from agarose.In conclusion,agarose acetate is synthesized,and is hopeful to be used as hydrophobic new textile material and tissue engineering scaffold.
