通过热机械控制工艺(TMCP)将普通Q345B钢板升级为Q420D钢板,研究了不同热轧工艺下试验钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:试验钢的强韧性能均能满足GB/T1591—2008的要求;钢板1/4厚度处的组织比1/2厚度处的明显细化,且采用开轧温度为780℃,终轧温度为790℃的精轧工艺处理后,试验钢的组织最为细小;随着冲击试验温度的降低,试验钢裂纹稳定扩展阶段的吸收能量和止裂吸收能量逐渐减小,表现为冲击功降低。
The common Q345B steel plate was upgraded to Q420D steel plate by thermomechanical control process (TMCP). The microstrueture and mechanical properties of the tested steel were studied by different heat rolling processes. The results show that the strength and toughness of the tested steels all could meet the requirement of GB/T 1591--2008. The microstructure at the quarter of thickness was significantly refiner than that at center of thickness. When the starting rolling temperature was 780 ~C and the finishing rolling temperature was 790 ~C, the microstructure of the tested steel was finest. The absorbed energies for cracks stable extensive stage and for cracking preventing decreased gradually with the decrease of the impact test temperature, and the impact energy decreased.
