烧结混合料的透气性是烧结过程中重要的工艺参数,随混合料的水含量、原料配比和制粒等因素的变化而不断变化。为了能够在烧结机现场获取透气性的情况,有必要研发一套透气性在线测定装置。模拟烧结现场的工艺条件,在实验室条件下开发并组装了一套透气性测定装置,进行了一系列混合料透气性指数的测定试验,结果表明:本装置的测定结果具有较好的重现性和稳定性;该测定装置能准确反映出混合料水含量、烧结原料配比和制粒条件变化时透气性的变化情况。因此,本测定装置完全可以实现在烧结厂对混合料透气性的在线测定,并为指导烧结生产提供参考依据。

Permeability was an important technological parameter, and changed with the fluctuation of moisture, blend proportion and granulation etc. In order to obtain the permeability index, it was necessary to exploit the permeability on-line determining device. Based on the sinter process, a suit device was installed in the laboratory and a series of tests were carried out. The testing results indicate that this device can satisfy repeatability and stability, the relationship of moisture, the mixture ratio, granulating condition and permeability is well presented by this device. Therefore, this device can be completely applied in sinter plant and provide references for sinter production.
