利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段,观察含硼中碳高铬铸铁在铸态和不同回火温度下的显微组织,并使用洛氏硬度和维氏硬度计测试硬度,研究了含硼中碳高铬铸铁在铸态和不同回火温度下组织和硬度的变化规律.结果表明:含硼中碳高铬铸铁铸态组织由奥氏体、马氏体和M7C3 (M =Cr、Fe)组成.经回火处理后,基体中奥氏体数量减少,析出二次碳化物并转变成马氏体.经530℃+ 500℃二次回火后,洛氏硬度和显微硬度值分别为57.4 HRC和596.7 HV,以显微组织和硬度为评价标准时,此为实验条件下最优.
