利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件对易切削非调质钢38MnVS中硫化物的析出进行计算模拟,并利用SEM对铸坯中MnS析出形貌进行观察,分析其析出规律.通过热力学计算得到38MnVS钢的相平衡等值图,并研究了C、Mn、Si、S、V各元素含量的变化对MnS平衡析出规律的影响;利用Scheil-Gulliver模块模拟了38MnVS钢的凝固过程;通过对38MnVS连铸坯中硫化物三维形貌的观察,结果表明:从铸坯边缘到中心的1/2处,硫化物形貌渐变,由杆状变成片状,再到中心变成杆状、片状共存;杆状、片状硫化物均为共晶反应产物;当合金含量较高时,杆状硫化物向片状硫化物转变.
