与六价铬电镀铬相比,三价铬电镀具有很多优异特性,但在实际应用中也存在一些问题,其可镀性和镀厚性受到一定限制。因此,三价铬功能性电镀铬还没有被广泛应用。介绍了三价铬电镀存在的主要问题及其解决途径,提出了有待深入研究的问题以及今后的发展方向。
