目前，有关PbO2电极制备机理的研究还不够成熟。采用恒电流法在1Cr17Mn6Ni5N不锈钢基体上电沉积PbO2制成电极，采用循环伏安法对PbO2的沉积过程进行了研究，并用X射线衍射仪（XRD）对沉积层物相进行了表征。结果表明：PbO2的沉积过程分为Pb的低价氧化物PbO的生成、α-PbO2的生成和β—PbO2的生成3步；沉积的PbO2主要为β—PbO2和少量的α—PbO2。
