采用热台偏振光显微镜和DSC差示扫描量热仪对PTT、PBT和PET的结晶性能进行了研究。实验得到的结果是:PTT的结晶诱导期和球晶出现时间与PBT接近,但与PET相差较大;球晶生长速率随温度的变化PTT快于PET;在相同结晶温度下,PTT的分子链段比PET更易进入结晶界面和形成稳定的晶核,然而总结晶速率PTT小于PBT。

The crystallization properties and crystallization kinetics of PTT(polytrimethylene terephthalate), PBT(polybutylene terephthalate) and PET(polyethylene terephthalate) were studied by means of the heat-table polarization microscope and DSC differential scanning calorimeter. It omes to the conclusions that the crystallization induction period and spherulit appearance time of PTT are approximate to PBT but different from PET. PTT spherulite growth rate that varied with temperature is more quickly than PET. Under the same temperature, if chain fragments of PTT are compared to that of PET, the former enters crystallization interface and forms stable crystal nucleus more easily than the latter, however, the overall crystallization rate of PTT is smaller than PBT.
