采用简单的共混法,直接将聚全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯-co-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-苯乙烯无规共聚物P(FA-co-MMA-co-St)添加到市售的环氧涂料中,制备出具有超疏水性的环氧涂层.结果表明,当共聚物用量为环氧色漆组分的4%,氟单体投料量为30%,固化剂为乙二醇双偏苯三酸酐(TMEG)、固化温度120℃,固化时间2h条件下,改性环氧涂层对水的接触角可达152°,比纯的环氧涂层提高了88°.电子扫描显微镜观察发现,在环氧涂层表面构建出了具有微米级的粗糙结构.
