用联氨作为还原剂,通过化学镀的方法在碳纤维粉基体上包覆纯金属镍层,获得一种新的功能复合材料.SEM电镜和EDX能谱分析证明了碳纤维粉基体上包覆了1层致密均匀而且连续的铁磁性金属镍层,并且没有引入其它杂质元素.通过对包覆前后样品在2~18GHz范围内的复介电常数的实部ε′、虚部系数ε″、复磁导率的实部μ′和虚部系数μ″等电磁参数进行分析比较,可以看出在低频处复合材料的电磁损耗都较纯碳纤维粉有较大提高,可应用于微波吸收材料.
New composite based on carbon fiber powder with pure Ni layer was prepared by electroless plating using the hydrazine as the reducing agent. Both the SEM micrographs and the energy dispersion X-ray analysis show that the ferromagnetic Ni coating layer based on the carbon fiber powder is dense, uniform, continuous and without other impurity elements.The dynamic electromagnetic parameters of the composite in 2-18GHz range were studied. By comparing the real permittivity ε', imaginary permittivity ε", the real permeability μ' and imaginary permeability μ" of the samples before and after the treatment respectively, it was found that the permeability and magnetic loss of composites are better than those of pure carbon fiber powder at low frequencies and the composite can be used for microwave absorbing materials.
