以聚苯乙烯树脂为例,讨论了热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率测量不确定度的来源,并对测试过程中的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定。该测量过程中所产生的不确定度主要源于测量重复性。该树脂熔体质量流动速率测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.276g·(10min)-1。

The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement of thermoplastics melt flow rate ( MFR ) of polystyrene were discussed and the components of the uncertainty in the MFR testing were analyzed and evaluated. The uncertainty of measurement appeared in the determination was mainly caused by measurement repeatability. The expanded uncertainty of the MFR measurement result of the polystyrene was 0. 276g·(10min) -1.
